01. Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mmcw platform and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on mmcw, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

mmcw services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are using these services voluntarily and knowingly. mmcw may request necessary documents at any time for age verification. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

Right to Amend

mmcw reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. When changes take effect, the updated date will be reflected on the page. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

02. Account Registration & Management

Account Creation Conditions

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests entirely with the user.
Never share your password with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to the support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mmcw follows identity verification procedures to prevent fraud and maintain a safe environment. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested before or after deposits or withdrawals, or in the case of any suspicious activity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in transactions being suspended or cancelled.

Account Suspension or Closure

mmcw may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms
Providing false or misleading information
Operating multiple accounts
Abuse of bonuses or promotions
Suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity

03. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods on mmcw: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional time for the verification process.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the mmcw platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). mmcw is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

04. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

General Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus offers are applicable only within specified times and conditions.
The same individual may claim a welcome bonus only once.
Any attempt to exploit loopholes in bonus terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
mmcw reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

05. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Game Operations

Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring impartial and fair play. In the event of a technical error or game failure, the bet for that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

Playing using any type of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying this content beyond personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. This content may not be used commercially without prior written approval from mmcw.

By registering on the platform, you also consent to the Privacy Policy. Your information is not sold to third parties; however, it may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or for fraud prevention.

08. Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

The mmcw platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. In such situations, advance notice will be given where possible.

Liability for Financial Loss

There is always a risk of financial loss in gambling. mmcw is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from gaming. Users play at their own informed risk, and it is advised not to wager more than you can afford to lose.
